Warming Up!
Summertime has left us and now it's starting to cool down in the central Texas area. Some of the lakes here are really starting to fish good. Travis, Buchanan and Stillhouse are the top lakes right now with bass up to 6lbs on Travis and up to 8lbs on Buchanan and Stillhouse. If you have been waiting for a good time to go catch some black bass in some cooler weather, now is that time.
If it's that bass of a lifetime you are after, Choke Canyon is your best bet with big girls up to 11 pounds being caught right now.
White bass fishing can be good right now too. Some nights as many as 50 are being caught. Let's go!

Note: I practice catch and release, so largemouth and smallmouth bass are usually not kept, but if it's table fare you are after, we can catch white bass, crappie and guadalupe/spotted bass for your eating enjoyment. Cleaning services are not included.
