Terms, Deposits and Cancellations



A deposit in the amount of $200 per day will be charged at time of booking. This will be per boat on multiple boat trips. 60 day notice is required for a full refund. Trips cancelled after the 60 day grace period will result in a loss of the deposit. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of your trip date, the balance of the full trip cost will need to be paid. There are no refunds on gift certificate purchases and they are good for 6 months from time of purchase. When a gift certificate is purchased, I will create a custom gift certificate to send to you so that you can then print it out or send to your special person to print.

All trips can be paid using Venmo and sent to @texashawgs. If another way is preferred, we can discuss. I can be flexible. Cash is always a good way to pay off balances.

If there is an emergency or inclimate weather where a trip needs to be canceled, we can reschedule your trip for up to 6 months from when you booked it, essentially turning your purchase into a gift certificate.

If there are any questions at all regarding a trip, please reach out as there is always a chance that we can work out something. Otherwise, just make sure you have marked down the correct day and time we are schedued to go.
