Lake O.H. Ivie can be one of the most exciting lakes around with absolute giant bass caught yearly there. A few years ago, it produced the most big bass entered into the Texas Sharelunker program. Every year though, this lake produces some giant bass and even some nice smallmouth bass as well. Obviously this is a trophy lake so there's a 2 day minimum to fish here with me. We almost always go out of Elm Creek Marina and it's a great place to eat any meal before or after your trip and also a great place for all of your fishing tackle including baits you won't find anywhere else. This is where all the big fish are weighed as they always have a certified scale ready to use. There are other species on this lake as well but I most always target big largemouth bass here.
